It's not about the job... it's about you... when you have some work to do, it doesn't matter if you will make it with a good or a bad mood, in any case you will have to do it! So, you'd better make it with a good one => the work will done and your feelings will be ok! I always follow this rule. If I have to do something which I don't like - I make it with positive feelings!

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace.
